We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Investigation Support Officer to join our South Australian Investigations team . In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Investigations division, ensuring the seamless coordination of day-to-day operations while working alongside an exceptional team. About You: As an Investigation Support Officer , you will contribute to the success of our Investigations division, which provides personal injury investigations across South Australia for a diverse client base, including large corporations, government entities, self-insured companies, and legal professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to enquiries via phone and email from internal and external stakeholders. Managing investigation portfolios, including case updates, timeframes, SLA requirements, workflows, and resource capacity. Supporting investigators with field enquiries and case administration. Liaising with suppliers to coordinate services required for investigations. Completing data entry and administrative tasks in our SaaS case management system. Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution. Assisting with various other coordination and support tasks as needed.
